Dear Mr Rabbit,

Thank you so much for choosing our hotel during your most recent visit to London, and for taking the time to thoroughly fill in the online survey. The comments and observations of all our guests are incredibly important to us in order to constantly improve our service.
We are delighted to read that you had a very nice stay with us and would most likely return to our hotel on your next visit to London. At our hotel we aim to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and ensure they are taken care of throughout their stay!
be delighted to (=be very pleased toです)、aim to do (~することを目指す、目的とする)、unforgettable experience (忘れられない経験)、take care of (~の世話をする、対処する)などです。
Thank you once again for sharing your comments and should your plans ever bring you back to London, do not hesitate to contact our department at guest.experience.london@rabbit.com.prior to your arrival, so we can take care of you and provide you with a perfect experience.
do not to hesitate to do (=feel free to do)、prior to (=in advance of , before)、provide A with B (AにBを供給する)などもTOEIC学習者であれば知っていて当り前の表現です。
